I. Basic Information.
These Terms of use set forth the general terms and conditions for the issuance, rules and manner of use of Gift Certificates/Vouchers.
II. Definitions:
1. Gift Certificate/Voucher - a voucher issued to bearer, sold at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica, entitling the Holder to make payments for services offered for sale at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica.
2. purchaser - a natural person making a purchase of a Gift Certificate/Voucher at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica.
3. holder - the person redeeming the Gift Certificate/Voucher;
4. regulations - means these Regulations;
5. talk2me School of Foreign Languages "Giraffe" in Rokietnica - a stationary service establishment where Services and Gift Vouchers/Vouchers are offered for sale. The outlet is located at 33 Szamotulska Street in 62-090 Rokietnica,
7. Service - a service presented for sale at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica, which can be the subject of transaction using a Gift Certificate/Voucher;
8. publisher - means Urszula Konieczka conducting business activity under the name CUBE Urszula Konieczka with registered office in Rokietnica (62-090), 5 Cedrowa Street, NIP: 778-102-59-77, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity conducted by the Minister of Development; e-mail: info@talk2me-kursy.pl
III. General Conditions.
The Publisher offers for purchase at the store of the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Żyrafka" in Rokietnica Gift Vouchers/Vouchers with a value of PLN 50.00, PLN 100.00, PLN 150.00, PLN 200.00, PLN 250.00, PLN 300.00 or with a value proposed by the Purchaser (prices are exempt from VAT). For each Gift Certificate/Voucher, the Purchaser shall pay the corresponding nominal value of the Gift Certificate/Voucher.
(2) The specimen of Gift Certificates/Vouchers is published on the website www.talk2me-kursy.pl.
(3) The Purchaser agrees to provide the Issuer with funds in an amount equal to the nominal value of the Gift Certificate/Voucher.
(4) The Issuer undertakes to transfer the Gift Certificate/Voucher to the Purchaser and to accept payments made with the Gift Certificate/Voucher for services purchased by the Holder.
(5) The Gift Certificate/Voucher may only be used to purchase services at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica,
(6) The Gift Certificate/Voucher is not exchangeable for cash (in whole or in part) and is not refundable.
(7) The validity period of the Gift Certificate/Voucher is 1 year from the date of its sale, according to the date appearing on the Gift Certificate document in accordance with the date of transfer of funds to the bank account belonging to the School
Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica. Failure to use the Gift Certificate/Voucher by the date indicated thereon shall be tantamount to the expiration of the Gift Certificate/Voucher and shall not constitute grounds for the Holder to make claims in this respect against the Issuer.
(8) The issuance of a Gift Certificate/Voucher does not constitute a sale subject to value added tax (VAT) within the meaning of the applicable tax laws. The sales document is issued at the time of purchase of the service.
(9) Upon redemption of the Gift Certificate/Voucher, the Holder shall receive at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica an additional discount of 10% on services offered by the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica.
IV. Execution of the Gift Voucher
(1) The holder of a Gift Certificate/Voucher has the right to redeem it under the following conditions:
a. The Gift Voucher is a form of payment for the service purchased at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica;
b. The holder of a Gift Certificate/Voucher may use the amount indicated on the Gift Certificate/Voucher for services available in the offer of the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica;
c. In case of purchase of a service with a value lower than the value of the Gift Certificate/Voucher, the Holder is not entitled to receive a refund of the remaining unused amount;
d. In case of purchase of goods with a value higher than the value of the Gift Certificate/Voucher, the Holder shall be obliged to pay the difference;
e. The Gift Certificate/Voucher has an expiration date, after which it expires. The expiration date of the Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate/Voucher shall not be changed. After the expiration date of the Gift Voucher/Voucher, no payments can be made with it;
f. The Issuer shall not be responsible for loss or damage to the Gift Certificate/Voucher by the Purchaser or Holder. In such cases, duplicates will not be issued;
g. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse to issue services in exchange for Gift Vouchers/Vouchers that are illegible, damaged, or otherwise raise doubts about their authenticity. In such case, the Gift Certificate/Voucher shall be deemed invalid, with no right to receive a replacement Gift Certificate/Voucher.
V. Complaints
Any complaints related to the purchase of services using a Gift Certificate/Voucher will be handled by the Issuer in accordance with the complaint procedure practiced at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica.
VI. Final provisions
(1) The Purchaser shall be obliged to inform the Holder of the terms and conditions of redemption of the Gift Certificate/Voucher.
2) Purchase of a Gift Certificate/Voucher by the Purchaser and its presentation for redemption by the Holder is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations by the Purchaser and the Holder.
(3) The content of these Regulations is available at the School of Foreign Languages talk2me "Giraffe" in Rokietnica.
(4) In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other laws shall apply.
(5) The court competent to resolve disputes that may arise from the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be the common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Publisher.
(6) The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments shall be effective as of the date of their introduction by the Publisher, after the amended Rules and Regulations are made available for review, and shall apply to Gift Certificates/Vouchers purchased after the amendments to the Rules and Regulations become effective.
